Intramurals 2013

                Intramurals is one of the most awaited events in our school. Every one of us always hopes that the Intrams will be as early as possible. Last August 29 and 30, our school, Cavite National Science High School held the Intramurals 2013 where each year level has their own university names. The Green Tamaraws for the Grade 7, Yellow Cardinals for the sophomores followed by the Red Lions for the juniors and the Blue Falcons for the seniors.

                We are all very energetic in the opening program held in the first day and we kept on cheering for our batch’s representative for the Mr. and Ms. Physique. After the presentation of the candidates, we got ready for the Mass Demo. I am one of the members of the mass dancers for the Grade 8. We, all the members and I, had a very wonderful time showing our talents and expressing ourselves through dancing. After the opening program, the school got ready for the actual games. Because some of the games have the same time and schedule, I wasn’t able to watch all of it. I just watched the basketball boys and girls (freshmen and sophomores), volleyball boys and girls (freshmen and sophomores; sophomores and juniors), sepak takraw (freshmen and sophomores), the Dansport and the Campus Duet. I enjoyed watching the games where my batchmates won over their opponent.

                On the second day, I watched the championship of volleyball girls (sophomores and juniors) and basketball boys (sophomores and seniors) and also the basketball girls (sophomores and juniors) which include my batchmates as one of the teams that will play. After watching the game, I headed up to our room and talk with some of my classmates about the Intrams. Then, I ate my lunch and stayed I our room for a while. My classmates decide to play hide and clap. Of course, I joined. When we got bored playing hide and clap, we went downstairs and played ice ice water, bente kwatro ,langit lupa and sikyo. I enjoyed it very much because it’s been a long time since I run like the way I did when we played. My parents always remind me to act matured and discipline. Anyways, when we got tired, Francis and I played badminton for a while and we proceed to the gym for the awarding.

                Before the awarding, each year level gave their cheer and yell. I never expected that we still have the energy to yell after the tiring day we encountered. In Mass Demo, we got the 2^nd place. The Blue Falcons was the champion. Even we were a bit disappointed, we just accepted it and thank God for the achievement. I just noticed that we are usually on the 2^nd place but we got some 1^st, 3^rd and 4^th place as well. We ended up being the 2^nd overall champion for the Intramurals 2013. I’m very happy that we held such Intramurals and lastly, I thank God for having such  wonderful days for a meaningful Intrams. :)

My Mother

An angel in disguise - that's my mother. She's a very wonderful person. She loves cooking, playing guitar and reading bible. My mom is a very religious person. Because she always say that we must put God first, we always attend the mass every 6:00 in the morning. My mom is a very caring mother. She is amazing when it comes to giving advice that's why, many teenagers in our church always come to her and ask for her words of wisdom. She is thoughtful very kind. She is a cheerful person that makes other people to befriend her in a very easy way. She is very approachable that even strangers smile at her sometimes, and she smile in return as well. My mother is a very merciful person, especially for the elders. I think it's because she grew up with her mother that aged 50 at her childhood. She is a very supportive parent especially when it comes to school.For me, my mother is the best among the rest. She is also understanding. Actually, I can share to her my crushes. Well, according to her, that's normal for my age. She also encountered that experience either. 

For me, my mom is the best among the rest. I love her very, very much. :)

I Love My Terror Teacher :)

The most terror teacher that i had encounter was Ma'am Emelinda Pareja. She became my Science teacher when I was on Grade 7. When she was my teacher, I always experience my fastest heartbeat ever. She always give me fright whenever she handles our class. I also experience being scolded by Ms. Pareja. Despite of these happenings, I consider her as my favorite teacher. I learned many things from her, not only the lessons regarding her subject, but also about God. She is a very religious person. She always share her experiences to us that can be our guide in our life. Honestly, I pity those students that were not able to encounter Ms. Pareja. She is one of the most outstanding teacher I ever met. I'm very disappointed when I knew that our batch will be the last batch that she will handle because I know that even if she will not be our Science teacher anymore in our next school years, I know that she will always be there when we need help. I will surely miss many things about Ma'am Pareja - being scolded whenever I answered the wrong one, listening to very inspirational experiences that she encountered and learning many things about God's creations. Ma'am Pareja, I salute you! :)

A Best Friend Story

Mirella is a single girl. She met Rich Anne and they became friends. When Mirella had a relationship with Jean-Jac, she had no time for Rich Anne. So when Rich Anne tried to commit suicide, Jean-Jac decided to befriend with Rich Anne and they became close friend also. On the other hand, Mirella realized that she gave Rich Anne an unfair treatment so she asked forgiveness to her. But Rich Anne met a guy named Enrique and they became more than friends, and the four of them lived happily ever after.
